The Mutual Ministry Team shall:
- Provide counsel and support for the pastor(s) and other fulltime professional leadership.
- Provide procedures of evaluation for the ministry of the pastor(s), other professional staff, and the congregation
- Initiate, provide oversight, and evaluate a process of setting ministry direction within the congregation.
Sub-Team:
- Call Team - only activated when there is a need to secure a new Pastor.
